Privacy policy

The Landlords Playbook is a programme by Serviced Accommodation Success, operated by BWT Global FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on these pages and how we use it.

What we collect

• The details you enter: your name, email, mobile number and the number of properties you own.
• For the Portfolio Check: the property details you enter. These stay in your browser to build your report.
• Payment details are taken by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Basic analytics and advertising data, such as which ad you came from.

How we use it

• To register you for the live session and send your join link and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To follow up about the session and The Landlords Playbook, including by phone.
• To measure and improve our adverts.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this funnel: GoHighLevel (our CRM and messaging), WebinarGeek (the live session), Stripe (payments), Calendly (call bookings) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP to any text or message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at enroll@servicedaccommodationsuccess.com. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch with you and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
